The Account Menu appears when you click your name or avatar at the bottom of the left-hand sidebar. It provides quick access to personal settings, user management, support, documentation, and logout. This is useful for managing your account, inviting collaborators, and finding help quickly without leaving the workspace.

The Advanced Text Editing feature improves the chatbot input area by allowing users to write clearer, more structured prompts using basic formatting tools such as line breaks, lists, and code blocks. This is especially helpful for longer messages or instructions.

The Agent Form is used to create and edit AI Concierge agents in the Sunrise portal. It collects the agent's core configuration, including its name, behavior, purpose, and tools. This form appears in both Create and Edit modes, with conditional logic for read-only states and dynamic tool selection.

Agents are the core building blocks of the AI Concierge. Each agent is a customized AI entity designed to interact with users based on specific goals, behaviors, and personas you define. This section outlines how to create, edit, duplicate, and delete agents in the Sunrise portal.

The Attach File feature allows users to upload PDF documents that can be referenced during a conversation with an agent. This is helpful for tasks such as summarizing a report, extracting information, or answering questions based on file contents. Only .pdf files are supported, with a maximum file size of 4 MB.

The Chat History feature allows users to view and revisit past conversations with any agent. This is useful for reviewing previous interactions, checking agent replies, or continuing an earlier discussion. Each conversation is automatically saved and accessible through the Sunrise portal.

The AI Concierge Chatbot is the core UI element where users interact with your AI agents. It supports a variety of user input and output features designed for a smooth, accessible conversation experience. You can embed the chatbot anywhere in your app via the Chatbot component. It auto-initializes using the useChat() hook and dynamically adapts to agent configuration and theme.

The Copy to Clipboard feature allows users to quickly copy agent responses, system messages, or user input with a single click. This functionality is helpful when sharing AI-generated output with others, storing content for later use, or pasting it into another platform.

The Download PDF feature enables users to export a complete conversation or agent output as a professionally formatted PDF file. This is especially useful for archiving, sharing with stakeholders, or attaching to support tickets.

The Refresh Response feature allows users to re-generate a specific chatbot message when the original answer was incomplete, incorrect, or failed to load. This is done by clicking a refresh icon that appears below eligible bot responses.

The Save Conversation feature lets you save your current chat session before starting a new one. It helps preserve important interactions for future use or reference.

The Search Web feature allows agents to access real-time information from the internet using a built-in web search tool. This is especially useful for answering questions that require up-to-date data, referencing live content, or retrieving external sources.

The Select Model feature allows you to choose which AI model powers your agent. This gives you control over response style, speed, and capabilities depending on your use case.

The Start New Conversation button resets the current chat window, removing all prior messages and uploaded files. It’s ideal when you want to begin fresh with the same agent.
